Where walls fall: Why Entertainment is a natural equalizer

The Thing About Entertainment

One thing that baffles me about entertainment is not the fun part of it, but how good it is at bringing people of different beliefs, races, and colors together.

Let’s talk about football, are you kidding me! You’ll see a man hugging anyone close to him once his team scores. All of a sudden, he doesn’t care if he’s gay, seen as one, or been around one, because he’s hugging and almost kissing another guy, just that the guy rejected, lol.

Parties? That’s a party right there, entertainment’s way of saying, come and be the entertainment yourself. Be the center of attention, have fun, and meet someone who left home and worries behind to come join you.

You need to understand that the essence of parties is simple, dance, drink, and relieve yourself from all the thinking, the everyday hustling, everyone’s needs. It’s you time. Meet people you’ve being imagining of hanging out with, laugh, let go, and just exist.

Wanna sign a deal or find a 10 year old friendship? I once heard from someone that the best way to do this, and find people in their authentic self is through entertainment. Places that help? Lounges, parties, clubs, maybe spa or shopping mall for the girlies. The key point is always entertainment, because it distracts you and pulls your first walls down. In a few seconds, you lose the huge wall you’ve been trying to stand up.

And alcohol? I mean, they just fasten it up.

Buckle up and go out, and explore and entertain yourself. You need it, heck! we all do.
